Our Chrysler Town and Country van broke down about 17 miles south of Valdosta when we were traveling. When a spot opened up they had it repaired in 4 hours and we were back on the road. I have never had a good experience with shopping for new cars, but this dealership was all around nice and courteous. We dealt with Matthew Nelson, he greeted us with a warm smile and was genuinely happy to see us. He never pressured us into anything and simply showed us around the dealership. I went to Cass Burch with a negative ideal of car dealerships because my recent ordeal with a local Toyota dealership. But Chad put all those worries away. I now have a 2016 Jeep Cherokee (Sport) and I am very happy. He did not try to pressure me into something I did not want or give me false promises.
